The interior is decorated in shades of cream, butterscotch and chocolate giving the villa a genuine feeling of warmth, and dark wood and leather combine in the quality furnishings. From the impressive curved balcony you can enjoy fabulous views over the swimming pool and across the banana plantations to the rugged Sea Caves coastline.
The open plan living/dining and kitchen area features a TV (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player. The dining area features a corner fireplace and the extendable dining table will comfortably seat 6. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. There is a separate shower room. A wide curving staircase leads to the first floor where two further bedrooms are located. The exceptionally spacious master double bedroom has en-suite facilities complete with jacuzzi jets in the bath. The further twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Air conditioning units are provided in all 3 bedrooms. A safety deposit box is available, and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
The private 9 metre x 5 metre swimming pool with walk in steps is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower and BBQ, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining on warm summer evenings. Location - Paphos, Sea CavesThe Sea Caves area is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory however if it's an organised sandy beach you prefer, then the family oriented beach resort of Coral Bay is only 5 kilometres away. With a high class restaurant and two family run Greek tavernas within 2 kilometres of the villa there is a choice of dining options. Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the closest one to the villa being Corallia Bay, the quieter of the two. A little further along the coast is the, the popular and busy Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. The Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within the Sea Caves area and only a few minutes drive away. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, approximately 25 minutes away, the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities. For golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 45 minutes drive.
